WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

October’s Very Own stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a gift card. Gift cards may be used in store or online. Returns are now free in Canada & The US.

Returns must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original tags intact will not be accepted.
Collaborations and limited releases are final sale.
Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale.
We do not accept returns for items not purchased from October's Very Own.\n
\nOnce your returned item(s) have been received and verified, a gift card will be issued to the email address used to place the order. For items purchased as gifts, the gift card will be issued to the gift recipient. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been received for the gift card to be issued. During high volume periods, orders may be delayed and processed outside this window.
Gift cards will be in the amount paid for product only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Regular-priced and sale merchandise up to 30% off purchased as holiday gifts between November 4, 2024, and December 24, 2024, may be exchanged or returned onto store credit until January 8, 2025, when accompanied by the original sales receipt or gift receipt in the country of purchase. All merchandise returned or exchanged must be in perfect saleable condition, unwashed, and unworn with original tags. Collaborations, undergarments, bodysuits and sale items that exceed 30% off or more are considered final sale and will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Exchange Policy

Online purchases can be exchanged in-store in the original country of purchase with valid proof of purchase in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.

Online exchanges must be processed as a return back to OVO, in the original country of purchase with valid proof of purchase in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. The customer will be responsible for repurchasing the new item.
